HOW TO USE: After applying your Concealer, add a sheer sweep of the Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the under-eye area to blur, smooth, illuminate and set your concealer in place. Dab on dark areas and spots with the Sublime Perfection Concealer Brush. Sweep over cheekbones for a touch of subtle illumination. Apply along the brow bones to achieve a natural-looking highlight. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Sublime Perfection Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones.
