How To Use: Brush brow hairs upward. Shape and color brows with the powder pencil, building color for a natural or dramatic brow. Blend color into brows and define and smooth the shape with the spoolie brush tip. Sharpen pencil as needed to keep the perfect point for a defined shape. Finish with Brow Fix X to set shape and color.
